Submit the application for admission online athttps://eprotocol.uoa.gr/ from Tuesday, September 1, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, by logging in either with your University account or via TAXISnet. Applications submitted before the submission start date will not be taken into consideration. Applications must be submitted with all requested attached documents without any pending items.
ATTENTIONIn the electronic submission, each supporting document must be submitted in the form of one (1) digital file (pdf) containing all of its pages and NOT only the first one. In the event that pages are missing from the supporting document, the application will be characterized as INCOMPLETE.
WE KINDLY ASK INTERESTED PARTIES TO BE CAREFUL WHEN DIGITIZING THEIR CERTIFICATES.
Clarifications:
- Instead of the certificate of studies, first-year students must absolutely attach their success slip, which must show exclusively their department of admission to the NKUA, otherwise their applications cannot be processed. Afterwards, as soon as they receive the certificate of registration from the NKUA, they must send it to the Secretariat of the Student Residence by e-mail, stating the protocol number of their application.
- Students who have passed their exams in another city and are going to apply for a transfer to a department of the NKUA must submit their housing application within the above deadline, attaching their admission certificate and noting in the Statutory Declaration that they are awaiting transfer to the NKUA.
- Applications from students in special categories (diaspora, foreign nationals, 5%, and athletes), provided that the results are announced by the Ministry of Education with a delay, will be accepted starting on the day the results are announced and for 10 days thereafter, and the Student Housing Authority will decide whether to include them among the on-time applications for the current academicyear.
- In the university registration number field of the application, first-year students who do not yet have a registration number will enter 0.
- Students from other educational institutions have the right to apply only in the case that they have a sibling who is a resident at the NKUA Student Residence. In this case, they must state this in the Statutory Declaration.
- The age limit is strictly up to 25 years for undergraduate students, and applications from postgraduate students and PhD candidates up to 30 years of age are considered on an exceptional basis.
- Foreign students must attach their family and financial details from their Embassy, translated.
- Expatriate students must attach their parents' financial details and information from Greece if they file a tax return.
- In the case of divorced parents, you must attach the financial documents of both parents. You must also attach the divorce decree and specifically the page that mentions custody.
- Form E9 is mandatory for both parents as well as the student, even if it is blank.
- The family status certificate must include all pages.
- Submitting a housing application does not imply a catering application as well. For information regarding catering, please visit the relevant website of the NKUA Directorate of Student Welfare: https://merimna.uoa.gr/tmimata_kai_armodiotites/tmima_sitisis_stegasis (applies ONLY to NKUA students).
