The successful transfer students/graduates for the academic year 2026-2027 are invited to the Department of Sociology at EKPA in accordance with the decision no. 138209 /Z1/15-10-2026 approving the names of the certificates issued by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, to submit their documents. From Monday 19-10-2026 until Monday 26/10/2026 a) electronics at https://eprotocol.uoa.gr/ 09. Application for Transfer/Resettlement accompanied by all supporting documents per category of beneficiaries submitted on the platform of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. or b) with physical presence at the Secretariat of the Department of Sociology, Solonos 57, Athens, Ground floor, hours 10.00-12.00 Request for Transfer/Relocation of the Department with all supporting documents per category of beneficiaries submitted on the platform of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
In the case of submitting documents with physical presence by a third party, authorization from the transferee must be obtained through GOV.GR or certified by a KEP.

The registrations of the transfer/relocation beneficiaries will be completed after verifying their credentials and approval of the Assembly of the Department of Sociology.
Beneficiaries of transfer/move They should not request their removal from the Department-School of Origin until they receive the approval of their transfer from the Department of SOCIOLOGY at EKPA.
