Institutional account and use of electronic services
After obtaining a Registration Number at the Department, and throughout their studies, students are required to use the online management system of the Department's Secretariat. A prerequisite for using these services is obtaining an Institutional University account (http://webadm.uoa.gr).
The result of completing this procedure is the acquisition of two identifiers, the Username and the Password, which remain permanent and ensure access to all electronic services of the Department, EKPA, and the Ministry of Education, for as long as their holder retains the student status of the Department.
My-uni service and electronic certificates
The My-uni online service (https://my-uni.uoa.gr/provides undergraduate students with the ability to view and print their grades, access information on all courses of the Curriculum (credits, passing grade, teaching hours, instructor, textbooks, etc.), and declare the courses they are interested in attending in the next semester as well as the corresponding textbooks.
To register for the My-uni service, you must first visit the website http://webadm.uoa.gr and submit the relevant application for the issuance of an Institutional University Account.
Applications for all kinds of certificates can be sent exclusively from the student e-mail to secr@soc.uoa.gr and will be answered electronically.
