We inform you on behalf of the Property Exploitation and Management Company of the University of Athens S.A. that the parchment issuance procedure has changed and from now on the special application, the payment of the fee/proof of payment, and the order for its issuance will be made via a special electronic platform of the NKUA.
In the application “https://papyrus.uoa.gr”you can apply for the issuance of your degree on parchment for the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies you have completed at NKUA.
A basic prerequisite is that your graduation ceremony for this degree has taken place and a protocol number has been assigned to your degree. Important note: Do not proceed with the completion and submission of the application if the above conditions are not met.
The collection of the parchment will take place at the Secretariat Offices of each Department according to the instructions in the link below, where you can view in detail the method of the new NKUA parchment issuance procedure:
Step 1
Deposit the financial equivalent of the Parchment you wish to be issued.
Step 2
Completion of the parchment issuance application form.
Step 3
Confirmation of correct payment for the printing of the parchment by the Property Development and Management Company of the University of Athens S.A.
Identification of the elements.
Step 4
Parchment printing from the NKUA printing house – Signature procedure.
Step 5
You will collect your parchment from the Department's Secretariat.
